At KTC, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all certified hardware. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your KTC account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
